Q. What can I expect from my customer service contact?
A. As soon as your project is confirmed to come in, you will be assigned your very own Customer Service Specialist (CSS) who is highly trained in all areas of print production and will guide you and your project through every phase. Your CSS can assist you as your prepare your material for print, offer suggestions and set your production schedule keeping YOUR NEEDS in mind.

On the day your job is received, your CSS will contact you. This lets you know that your job has been positively received and will reconfirm the production schedule and goes over any missing items, i.e., shipping instructions, etc.

Your job pieces (content and book cover art) will be simultaneously reviewed, imposed and prepped for press. If there are any questions at this stage, you will receive communication from your CSS requesting information.

Proofs will be sent to you for review and approval by your CSS. Approvals can be communicated via email or phone. Please discuss any changes with your CSS.

Your CSS is the coordinator and main point of contact of your project … from beginning to end … from content preparation to book delivery at your final destination. Your CSS can help you with any scheduling, technical, proofing, printing and shipping questions at every step along the way.

Q. Why not go to a local printer/copy shop?
A. A local printer may not be able to handle short runs. At a copy shop, your project may be printed on a printer that is not designed to handle larger quantities, and costs can quickly escalate. One of the many advantages of working with us is that our experts will make certain that we use the printing process that best meets the unique specifications of your project. This enables you to print your book at the lowest cost possible. 

You may have your entire project ready to go, or may need production help. Tell us where you are with your project, and we will answer questions, offer suggestions and assist you in any way we can. Some production work may be needed in order to produce your project. Send us a one page file for a test proof after you have received your quote and we will guide you in the right direction and answer any questions along the way. Q. How long will it take to complete my project?
A. Delivery time depends on many factors. Complexity of the job, availability of paper, availability of press and bindery time. In all cases, we can turn around your book under 12 working days and in most cases, you can have your books delivered within 3 weeks and often quicker!

Q. What about shipping costs?
A. Shipping costs are included in your quote. We can ship your products by a variety of methods, including FedEx ground, freight or overnight service. Your shipping method will depend on your quantity and how quickly the final product is needed. Contact us for details on all shipping options available and we can assist you in select the most cost-effective choice.
